The total program cost consists of TWO numbers:

Fresh Start programs are facilitated from the Ocean Resort since 2010.
Fresh Start | Health & Lifestyle Transformation Retreats are all hosted at the Ocean Resort since 2010. Our offices are also located on the Ocean Resort property.
Accommodations are not included in the Program Rate. Please book your room directly through the Ocean Resort front desk by calling 1-877-561-3425 or 1-250-923-4281.

Two nights charged when booking, balance is charged upon check-in.
No fees applied if rescheduling greater then 48 hrs, after you forfeit deposit.
Early departure Refunds: we require 48 hr notice, or you forfeit two nights deposit.

Pet’s Policy for Fresh Start Guests: due to the long term stay we’ve developed a custom policy that makes everyones stay enjoyable. Please review “Staying with a Pet” page to understand why Fresh Start and Ocean Resort do not allow pets for Fresh Start Guests, except in a Suite.
